Recently, the five newly purchased production lines from TKG arrived at the company’s facility as scheduled. A team of technicians swiftly initiated installation procedures to ensure the new lines are promptly integrated into the busy production schedule.
This capacity upgrade introduces advanced automated production lines for specialty materials such as nylon, silicone rubber, and PTFE (Teflon), alongside five new XLPO series high-speed production lines. These additions further strengthen TKG’s manufacturing capabilities in specialty materials, enabling the company to better serve clients in industries such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaic and wind power systems, and high-temperature-resistant special cables.
All newly installed production lines are equipped with IoT-based data aggregation functions, enabling seamless integration with TKG’s existing Smart Production Visualization System. This integration allows the production department to monitor equipment operations in real time, analyze historical data, and achieve lean management and efficient production.
